This "Target & Discovery" role includes both strategic scientific thinking & hands on bench-work. The candidate will make critical contributions to target identification, validation & progression of molecular glue degraders from hit identification to validation stage.
· Lead early drug discovery efforts to identify and validate Non-oncology targets and support hit-to-lead progression

· Develop disease relevant models and assays of target degradation and downstream effects (e.g. signaling, viability, cytokine secretion)

· Design & execute phenotypic screens to ID novel Molecule Glue Degraders in Disease areas of interest within Non-oncology

· Utilize literature and internal genomics data sets to design and test hypotheses for drug targets

· Interpret, present and report research findings at internal meetings and external scientific conferences

· Participate collaboratively with others to identify target opportunities across the proprietary MGD platform
