This position will plan, oversee and document all aspects of EHS Programs and will work closely with Environmental and Health & Safety leadership, resort operations and corporate leadership to create, build, and implement and sustain key EHS initiatives to achieve world-class performance. This position will collaborate cross functionally to ensure programs are properly vetted, dynamic, on-schedule and within budget. This position supports compliance with federal, state and local environmental, health and safety regulations in all aspects of lodging operations. Job Responsibilities * Serve as the company's Envision Management Systems Lead, responsible for the company's International Standards Organization (ISO) Environmental and Health & Safety systems. * Drive, influence and support the Company's Environmental, Health & Safety strategies to achieve world-class performance * Be an unbiased leader and voice for lodging operation teams so they understand the risks and opportunities to drive, improve, and maintain performance within EHS. * Have a deep understanding of the core business needs, and adjust strategy to the business. * Use historic, current and predictive metrics to inform adjustments/decisions. * Accountable for security department and responsible for hiring, training and scheduling of the security team * Implement and sustain risk reduction plans for employees and guest facing safety initiatives across all properties * Respond to company emergency situations and coordinate with Vice President and Dir. of Operations to ensure appropriate coverage * Serve as the company incident command lead and liaison with the National Park Service * Conduct post-accident investigations to determine root cause and implement corrective actions * Respond to and coordinate any worker's compensation, OSHA or other inquiry or NOV * Prepare management summary reports of environmental compliance and safety performance * Ensure compliance with OSHA, NPS, State of Wyoming and other regulatory entities including leading the company's driver training and motor vehicle records (MVR) checks * Other duties as assigned Job Requirements * B.A. or B.S. Degree or equivalent experience * 5+ years experience * 1-3 years Supervisor Experience * Professional certification in safety, health or environmental preferred * Advanced computer skills, MS Office Suite, database management * Ability to manage multiple projects; strong organizational skills; ability to influence * Knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations The budgeted range starts at $90,000 - $113,000 + annual bonus.
