What You Will Be Doing
  • Design and develop biomarker plans and serve as the translational lead
  • Support the qualification and validation of assays for clinical trials
  • Implement biomarker discovery in clinical development
  • Engage with KOLs/third-party lab
  • Characterize immune cells (cell sorting, flow cytometry, ELISA, conventional and real-time PCR)
  • Design, perform, and analyze experiments
  • Achieve endpoints which include flow cytometric, genomic, and/or molecular analyses
What You Need for this Position
  • PhD with 0-3+ years of experience leading translational science activities at the bench
  • 2-4+ years of experience leading multi-disciplinary R&D teams preferred
  • Core competency in translational sciences, building biomarker strategies and using biochemical and molecular endpoints
  • Pharmacology experience with pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic measures
  • Demonstrated effective leadership skills with an easily recognized executive presence
