Hach is hiring a Technical Advisor I - Lab to work remotely. Several locations have been listed for marketing purposes.

About the role:

The primary purpose of this role is to provide outstanding service and support to our customers via the call center. The successful candidate will have demonstrated adaptability and the ability to make sound customer-related decisions. In addition, you will have a proven understanding of Oracle, Hach's products and applications, soft skills, vertical markets, and sales lead identification. Identify and handle customer issues and use cross-functional relationships to find solutions

Handle all incoming questions from our customers, providing them with timely, accurate answers

Provide efficient troubleshooting support on testing systems and Hach chemistry methods

Relay pertinent product information from customers to the company, so we can continue to improve our products and services

Act as a liaison between Technical Support and all cross-functional departments to relay Voice of Customer (VOC) and drive continuous improvement

Identify sales opportunities while understanding the industries, vertical markets, and products

Establish a long-term customer relationship with detailed follow-up and contact

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Sciences or equivalent required

2-3 years of shown experience in customer service, technical support, field service, and/or previous Supervisor experience required; prior call center experience a plus

Experience in one or more of Hach's key markets (drinking water, wastewater, and industrial) preferred

The hourly rate for this role is $20 - $25. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
