A growing pharmaceutical company that is looking for entry level Microbiologists who want to jump start their career! Looking to hire immediately!

Responsibilities:Basic microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process, finished product, and stability samples; and environmental monitoring
Special testing in support of method and/or process validation activities
Special testing in support of laboratory investigations
Reporting of results generated during testing
Maintenance of laboratory chemicals and supplies including organisms
Adherence to policies of EHS - Safety in the laboratory and proper handling of chemicals and laboratory waste
Ability to wear a respirator when required
Ability to lift 50 pounds on occasion

Requirements:BS or BA in Microbiology or related science degree
Minimum of 1-2 years' experience
Basic understanding of general microbiology principles
Proficient in performing microbiological and chemical manipulations in the laboratory
Experience with Analytical Balance, pH meter, Vacuum Oven, Microscope, Autoclave, etc.
Familiarity with principles of laboratory safety
Understanding of requirements of current Good Manufacturing Practices
Proficient in mathematics
