The Partner Innovation group drives profitable growth for Accenture by helping clients accelerate their businesses through high-impact, differentiated market opportunities and harnessing the value of our ecosystem partners. The Ecosystem Supplier Management group orchestrates and governs Accentures end-to-end technology buy-side priorities, internal consumption and overall spend management with the firms most strategic technology ecosystem suppliers. And t he Ecosystem Sales group helps clients purchase the right ecosystem products & services for Accenture engagements and leverages insights from thousands of engagements to accurately scope solutions, offer differentiated commercial constructs, and lower project risks.

Our Ecosystem Intelligence & Strategy team develops, shapes and accelerates our EP&S strategy through cross-organization alignment, data-driven insights, and innovative digital capabilities to drive value and growth for Accenture and our clients.

The Work:

FACILITATE THE JOURNEY FROM BUSINESS CHALLENGE TO BUSINESS SOLUTION

Understand business challenges and practice strategy

Evaluate startups or other prospective Alliance partners across landscape to identify emerging top players

MANAGE PARTNER INTELLIGENCE COLLABORATION

Build the strategic relationship map between the Alliance Partner team and the key Accenture sales and business teams

Act as the single Accenture point of contact to connect the Alliance Partner with the appropriate Accenture teams, making it easier to attract Alliance Partners to work with Accenture and drive new business

Own strategic relationship with the Alliance Partner and ensure alignment on strategic objectives focused on Accenture s priorities

Measure and report key outcomes and facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews, offering enablement sessions, award submissions and wins collection complete with development of client credentials and reference documents

Drive new partnership formation establish framework for Alliance Partner Relationship

Drive quarterly audit of deals credited by the Alliance Partner

ENABLE JOINT PARTNER ACCENTURE OFFERINGS STRATEGY ACTIVATIONDevelop and or drive adoption of differentiated offerings, bundled Accenture service capabilities with Partner technologies and package joint offering to take to market and explore potential value propositions inside Accenture s platforms and delivery capabilities.Develop go to market strategy for defined joint offering in more mature Partners this will be driven by Practice LeadAttract Alliance Partner investments by embedding Partner technologies in joint offeringsUnderstand the priorities of the Alliance Partners including where they are investing in the case of Segment Leads perform joint segment pipeline reviewEnable the offering strategy create a platform for market awareness
  • Frame the value proposition and ecosystem differentiation for the joint offering, ensuring alignment to Offerings Briefcases, create enablement and education materials highlighting the lighthouse clients and follow-on success stories. May also include creating whitepapers
  • Define the process to mindshare and bring enablement materials in front of potential clients, client teams, industry leads and Market Developers to enable demand/event generation activities, showcases and joint customer sessions
  • Execute joint Marketing campaigns (e.g. ensure Accentures top positioning in Alliance Partner programs, top event sponsorship and media amplification)
  • Segment Lead: Act as SME for Industry/Functional/Technology Leads and answer questions on future of industry
  • Develop deep knowledge of the offering commercial structures and contract terms in place, educate Accenture stakeholders on the existing agreements to support sales efforts, and connect teams as needed to the right contacts in Legal, Procurement, etc.
  • Create feedback loop with the Alliance Partner to drive continuous improvements and ensure offerings are meeting client needs
  • Facilitate enablement sessions with appropriate teams (solution architects, Accenture and Partner Marketing teams

May also supervise other PDDs

BUILD SKILLS AND INTERNAL CAPABILITIES
  • Recommend key skills to build for Accenture practices based on the strategy of our Alliance Partners
  • Facilitate the leverage of Alliance Partner training programs or development of internal training enablement

    For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

Here's what you need:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience with Campaign Management in large enterprise-level firm
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Client facing, Client Centric, Product and Market Strategy in large enterprise-level firm
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Campaign Development, Customer Insights, and Sales Enablement in large enterprise-level firm
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associates Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $110,376 - $235,200 and information on benefits offered is here.
