· Strong emphasis on reproducibility and sharing of code and methods.

· Strong programming skills, as demonstrated by at least three years' experience in Python or R.

· Ability to work on complex projects in an independent and self-directed manner.

· Ability and interest in learning new concepts and skills.

· Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.

· Strong ability to work collaboratively on a team.

Preferred Requirements:

· Previous Computational Biology/Bioinformatics experience.

· Broad knowledge of the fundamentals of biology.

· Statistical analysis of next-generation sequencing data and/or other biomedical data.

· Demonstrated experience in working with high-dimensional data.

· Knowledge in statistics, modeling, and machine learning.

· Significant experience with algorithm design and optimization.

· Proven debugging and troubleshooting skills.
