Hours and Benefits for the Microbiology Technician:
Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm
Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Package offered after 60 days of employment
Paid Time Off offered on an accrual basis
Responsibilities for the Microbiology Technician:
Routine sampling and testing of raw materials
Perform plate reads and microbial identification processes
Perform microbiological assays, testing, and analysis
Handle samples, raw materials, in-process materials, and final product materials
Follow, write, and revise standard operating procedures (SOPs), lab reports, risk assessments, and more
Update results in Lab Information Management System for sample test tracking
Requirements for the Microbiology Technician:
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences required; included majors, Biology, Chemistry, Biological Sciences, Genetics, Biochemistry
