We're recruiting for a growth focused Sustainability Sales & Delivery individual with proven seller-doer consulting experience in the domain of ESG and Sustainability to join our Global Sustainability, Assessment & Assurance team to help us achieve our vision and goals. This is an exciting opportunity to take an active role to achieve growth as a seller doer, lead the delivery of projects, ensure service excellence for clients and play an important role in development of others within the team. We help clients implement, improve and demonstrate their commitment and progress towards authentic sustainability. You will get the opportunity to win, lead and develop our work on a wide range of sustainability services primarily focused on Sustainability report assurance, ESG and sustainable finance, supply chain sustainability, sustainability strategy and climate change consulting. When doing this, you will get the opportunity to engage with many of the region's leading companies and brands across a wide range of sectors and to leverage a suite of services and digital technologies to scope sell and deliver innovative solutions. This position can be performed out of any of our DNV offices in U.S. with flexible work arrangement (home/office). What You'll Do You will be expected to lead the growth of our sales and delivery for a range of sustainability services and may have specialism and expertise in several of them, including:Sustainability Report Assurance ESG, green bonds & sustainable finance consulting Digital Assurance including digitally enabled supply chain solutions for transparency, track and traceSupply chain sustainability & risk management Climate change and decarbonizationSustainability strategy You will be expected to lead projects with an End-to-End accountability from prospecting to selling to delivering as well as helping to grow our business through the following activities:Proactively seeking to identify customer needs, developing tailored solutions and selling these to new and existing clientsCoordinating projects, ensuring they are executed to clients' expectations, on time, on budget and to DNV quality standardsLeading and communicating effectively within the other sustainability team members and clientsIntroducing services from your own/existing discipline(s) to new clients and new services to existing clients
What is Required The successful candidate will have the following experience and attributes:Academic qualifications relevant to sustainability subject areas, Proven track record in sales and business development of ESG & Sustainability services, ideally within a consultancy environment.Proven track record of lading & delivering consulting services as a trusted advisor and thought leader in their domain of ESG/sustainability Proven project and/or team leader, delivering service excellence. Able to clearly delegate tasks and provide sufficient guidance, support and feedback on performance to Senior Consultants and Consultants.Able to line manage Senior Consultants and provide coaching and development.Willingness to travel and work around the Americas and on occasions overseas.We conduct a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
