Who You Are:

A highly experienced and motivated individual who will manage Capri Holdings' factory compliance audit activities, mitigate factory compliance risks, both reputational and worker risks, and execute on our responsible and transparent supply chain strategy. This individual is responsible for strong collaboration with key business functions to map Capri Holdings' and its brands' global supply chains and foster engagement with product and raw material suppliers around sustainability and compliance. The role is ideal for someone with a broad knowledge of factory compliance programs and supply chain traceability strategies.

What You'll Do:
  • Act as key driver of Capri Holdings' execution of its global, group-wide transparent supply chain compliance strategy, developing action plans to achieve short- and long-term goals while mitigating reputational and worker risks
  • Manage Capri's Global Factory Compliance Program, including selecting and working directly with independent third-party compliance auditing firms and managing the audit and resolution process
  • Establish and manage group-wide global supply chain compliance dashboard
  • Report regularly to production heads and executive steering committee on factory compliance issues, social and environmental compliance program concerns and monthly audit activity
  • Manage budget and costs associated with effective compliance audit program
  • Work with internal and external partners to set clear expectations around Capri Holdings' sourcing policies and factory compliance expectations
  • Implement processes and best in class software tools for tracking compliance activities as well as mapping and analyzing Capri Holdings' global product and raw material supply chains
  • Work with internal partners and factories to develop processes and implement systems and trainings to meet global traceability requirements
  • Engage with supply chain partners to facilitate reporting and disclosures around factory environmental performance, including chemical management, water use, waste and greenhouse gas emissions, including through use of HIGG supplier tools (FEM and FSLM)
  • Support Capri CSR team in conducting regular environmental risk assessments of suppliers, establishing environmental compliance guidelines for suppliers, facilitating execution of facility improvement plans and identifying gaps in facility improvement capability, and identifying areas of potential collaboration between Capri and supply chain partners
  • Research, assess and implement industry best practices and regulatory requirements around raw material traceability and compliance
  • Monitor and report on industry trends, developments, risks, regulatory updates and NGO activity in the area of factory compliance and raw material sourcing risks
  • Partner with Capri legal / CSR team on Conflict Minerals compliance program and annual reporting, product-focused responsible sourcing policies and human rights and other similarly required disclosures
  • Contribute to annual CSR reporting on supply chain compliance data and traceability efforts
  • Manage team of one (1) compliance analyst


You'll need to have:
  • Minimum 5+ years of prior supply chain compliance and audit experience with a proven track record of effective supply chain stakeholder engagement and collaboration around mapping and tracing complex supply chains and sustainability initiatives, ideally within the fashion or consumer goods industries or as part of global / multi-national corporation
  • Experience with supply chain data management platforms and analysis of supply chain data to provide actionable insights
  • A bachelor's degree (or equivalent) required
  • Expert Microsoft Excel skills required
