Wetlands Scientist/Project Mgr.
Frontier Corporation USA is an environmental consulting firm located in Providence, Utah near Utah State University in Logan. We are seeking a career-oriented natural resources scientist with 3+ years of experience in wetlands and riparian ecology, plant identification and habitat functional assessment to manage environmental planning and permitting projects in the Intermountain West. Projects include wetland, stream and playa delineations, stream corridor surveys, habitat mapping and functional assessments, Clean Water Act Section 404 Permitting, revegetation plans, wetland and stream restoration, mitigation planning and monitoring, T&E surveys, and botanical inventories. Must be able to work independently, manage field crews, communicate with resource and regulatory agencies, and have strong technical writing skills. Must have 3+ years of project management experience with past employer, client and agency references. Full time salaried position starting $60K to $75K depending on experience with potential for rapid advancement based on performance.
