• Cell Culture experience -most important
• cells - cell lines and/or primary cells
• Working on Easy cell lines , culturing cell line, keeping them alive
• BS in Science with least 6 months to 1 year experience culturing the cells, even in educations as well and 0-4 years exp post-graduation.
• Masters of Science is ok without exp
• Recent grads in (San Fran) Bay area are good
