4256 Sr. Scientist 1 Molecular Biology & Immunoassay Experience

Description

We are looking to fill a Sr. Scientist 1 position working to support of routine release/stability, in-process, and/or cell-line development testing as a full-time employee of ExecuPharm / Parexel FSP on long-term assignment onsite at one of our clients located in West Point, Pennsylvania. Qualifications

· BS (5+ yrs) or MS (1+ yr) of relevant experience with analytical chemistry or biologics

Required Skills and Experience

• Must have current cellular/ molecular biology and immunoassay experience
• Experience in analyzing biologics including monoclonal antibodies and/or other therapeutic proteins in one or more of the following techniques:
• ELISA (HCP, proA) and binding potency assay
• qPCR and basic molecular biology techniques (gel electrophoresis, etc.)
• High-throughput liquid handling system, e.g., Tecan, Bravo, etc.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Analytical software including Softmax Pro, Empower, ChemStation
• Good documentation practices & utilization in electronic lab notebooks
• Sample submission & sample management

Responsibilities

• Support of routine release/stability, in-process, and/or cell-line development testing

• Sample submission & sample management
