THE ROLE:
As the Senior Computational Biologist, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading algorithm development efforts for a growing computational team
- Utilize machine learning approaches on in-house biological datasets to uncover new insights
- Building new data pipelines for scientific analysis
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:
The successful Senior Computational Biologist will have the following skills and experience:
- PhD in a quantitative field
- Extensive experience developing algorithms within industry
- Proficiency in Python and/or R
- Demonstrated work applying machine learning techniques to biological datasets
- Prior expertise analyzing metabolomics/mass spectrometry datasets
- Cloud computing experience highly desirable
