RES is currently accepting applications for a Project Manager IV for the Florida region, based out Tallahassee or Jacksonville, FL.

The mission: to deliver large and complex stormwater projects, on time, within the scope, and within budget, in these new locations for RES.

We are looking for an excellent ORGANIZER, capable of coordinating a complex network of internal and external resources for the successful execution of all project phases; a COACH, capable of training staff on project delivery functions and leading a team of Project Managers; and a natural COMMUNICATOR, ready to represent RES at conferences and panel discussions as a recognized SME, and capable of maintaining efficient communication with stakeholders at RES (including sales, land, permitting, finance, and construction teams).

Project Manager IV develops and manages the full range of project tasks from inception to completion, including marketing RES' capabilities to existing and prospective clients and negotiating contracts. Demonstrated existing relationships with public agencies and regulators, private developers, consulting and engineering firms, non-profits, and academia is a plus that will help you to further RES' reputation and business.

You will be evaluating projects based on an understanding of regulatory and/or technical requirements, financial metrics, and constraints, so experience with forecasting and delivery of financial reports of budgets, and knowledge of POC are expected. Although supported by our regulatory team, we expect you to have a fair amount of expertise in regulatory areas relevant to project development.
