Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned)
- Inspect and evaluate the environment, equipment and processes at site locations to ensure compliance with government environmental regulations and industry standards
- Write, review and implement written programs and policy
- Assist in air, water and waste permitting including the permit application, regulatory negotiation and implementation of the permit requirements
- Perform routine reporting and recordkeeping for site locations, where needed
- Participate in any merger, acquisition or divestiture work to assure compliance and minimize liability
- Develop and implement training programs for all levels of the organization
- Prepare and collect environmental sustainability metrics pertinent to the organization

Skills and Experience Required for Success
- Bachelor's degree in technical field, engineering preferred
- 5 - 10 years of relevant experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge and proficiency in MS Office and EMIS systems (JDE experience a plus)
