• 0-2 years related lab experience or equivalent combination of education or experience
• Experience with caring for plants preferred
• Bachelor's degree in biological sciences, or equivalent combination of education or experience
• Ability to operate and maintain various lab equipment
• Highly organized, effective at multitasking, adept at juggling changing priorities
