Click here to learn more about EFI Global.**PRIMARY PURPOSE:** To provide advanced professional guidance, consultation, and support to the specialists and experts in the Environmental/Due Diligence Group. Acts as an internal and external consultant in the coordination and completion of projects.**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES**+ Mentors lower level staff in managing workload and performing daily functions.+ Provides leadership, consultation, and support to EFI Global staff and clients in the completion of environmental projects.+ Plans, develops, and delivers presentations to clients on various issues relating to the completion of projects.+ Participates in the planning and execution of project analysis and initiatives.+ Provides guidance and support to EFI Global staff in the development of plans, objectives, methods and processes for the completion of assigned projects.+ Provides coordination of interdisciplinary experts required to complete the analysis and findings in assigned projects.+ Deals directly with managers and technical staff in the management and resolution of complex environmental issues associated with assigned projects.+ Guides and assists in the development of materials for distribution to clients to better educate and inform them of progress in the completion of a project.+ Serves as a source of professional expertise for the organization on related environmental/RPS topics.+ Maintains and disseminates a current knowledge and understanding of relevant developments, trends, policies, and emerging issues within the environmental/Due Diligence consulting community.+ Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.**ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES**+ Knowledge and understanding of current ASTM and AAI standards for Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Transaction Screen Assessments, Phase II Subsurface Investigations, and Vapor Intrusion Investigations.+ Knowledge and experience in assessing various property types (including but not limited to automotive repair and body shops, dry cleaners, gas stations, printing facilities, and/or industrial and manufacturing sites)+ Knowledge and experience in evaluating environmental regulatory cases, such as LUST, State Hazardous Wastes, CERCLIS, Brownfield and/or NPL sites+ Experience with environmental site remediation projects is desired.+ Experience with State and Federal regulatory program file reviews+ Experience with Property Condition Assessments, Seismic Risk Assessments, Construction Plan & Cost Reviews and Monitoring is desired.+ Performs other duties as assigned.+ Supports the organization's quality program(s).+ Travels as required.**QUALIFICATIONS****Education & Licensing**Bachelor's degree in a related field (environmental and/or physical science, engineering, or geology, etc.), from an accredited college or university preferred.
