The Team:

We have recently launched the Worley Group Strategic Transformation program to help accelerate growth in the energy transition. One of the team's objectives is to explore opportunities for genuine transformation within the Water marketplace and we are currently establishing a transformation and agile/venturing team to progress this objective.

The Role:

An opportunity exists to join this team to lead in USA, reporting to the Global Water Growth Lead. You will build on our extensive market presence and position water services in the geographies and sectors in which we operate. The role will help build further capability and opportunity pipeline with existing and new customers, whilst working collaboratively with the US and global team members to deliver projects.

Responsibilities:

* As we expand and grow into new clients with offerings ranging from consulting, to engineering, design-build, EPC and O&M, you will champion Water and drive growth within the US
* You will grow our networks, leveraging our marketing position, forming partnerships and establishing a market presence whilst leaning on the capabilities and track record of our US and global teams.
* As a senior person within our team, you are a crucial contributor in shaping the direction for the business, leveraging your knowledge of both Advisian/Worley and industry to help drive the strategy in the US.
* You will be expected to be confident in engaging with new companies, presenting and assisting in the preparation of proposals, converting and potentially assisting on the delivery of projects as a senior project team member.

About You:

* This dynamic role will require an understanding of the water industry, particularly as it relates to the Energy, Chemicals and Resources (ECR) clients, in the energy transition journey
* A willingness to work and think strategically.
* Extensive experience positioning, selling and delivering water solutions across the industrial, municipal, energy, chemicals and resources sectors
* Understand from personal experience the complete lifecycle of a project.
* Excellent people management skills such as leadership, team, interpersonal, coaching, mentoring and supervisory skills.
* Proven Seller Doer success.
* Extensive technical, practical, and commercial experience, including proven ability in leading multi-disciplinary activities and substantial experience and proven track record in managing projects.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* University Degree, or equivalent, in related field or applicable discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
* Capable of building lasting and durable strategic partnerships and trusted advisor relationships with clients, adding significant Worley value to their agenda.
* Demonstrated success in winning work through maximizing additional/repeat/follow-on work from clients.
* Capable of identifying project opportunities and developing client relationships.
* Drive thought leadership, technical best practice, knowledge sharing, and process standardization and optimization across the group.
* Capable of identifying synergies within Advisian/Worley and strong track record of collaboration.
