Research Associate, Cell Biology
Foghorn Therapeutics has an exciting opportunity for a Research Associate, Cell Biology to join our targeted protein degradation team. We currently seek a highly motivated, creative and collaborative researcher to join our Protein Degrader platform in a lab-based role to support early discovery projects in oncology, immuno-oncology and other therapeutic areas.

Research Associate, Cell Biology
Foghorn Therapeutics has an exciting opportunity for a Research Associate, Cell Biology to join our targeted protein degradation team. Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize cellular-based assays for screening
- Support small-scale internal screening and profiling
- Coordinate assay transfer and weekly activity with CROs
- Evaluate and implement emerging cellular-based technologies
- Collaboratively work in a multidisciplinary team, analyze and interpret data, prepare summaries and communicate results to project teams
Qualifications - BA/BS or MS in Biochemistry, Biology, Cell Biology or a related field with 2-6 years of relevant industry experience is required
- Cell culture skills and experience with cell-based assays are required
- Proven ability to work under limited supervision to assess assay performance and optimize assay protocol is required
- Experience with CRISPR gene editing is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
