Viome is a therapeutics company that analyzes clinical and molecular data using machine learning to develop personalized nutrition for treatment of chronic diseases and cancer. We are an interdisciplinary and passionate team of experts in biochemistry, microbiology, medicine, artificial intelligence and machine learning.
We are looking for a Research Associate that will help with product development and clinical research projects.
Note: This is not a remote position. You will work in our Bothell, WA facility.

- Knowledge of next generation sequencing
- Experience in a clinical environment (CLIA/CAP/FDA)

Responsibilities:
- Improve current omics tests
- Develop new omics tests
- Help develop clinical research projects
- Work with the Viome product team
- Work with many external collaborators
- Maintain detailed records in electronic lab notebooks
Qualifications:
- BS in Life Sciences
- Must have exceptional work ethic, organizational and communication skills
- Laboratory research experience in Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, and/or Molecular Biology
- Preference will be given to the applicants with:
- Experience developing multiplexed Luminex assays
- Knowledge of next generation sequencing
- Experience in a clinical environment (CLIA/CAP/FDA)
Must be able to legally work in the US
