A leading global industrial organization is looking to hire a Regional Environmental Manager to be based near Alameda, CA. The company has manufacturing, assembly, and service operations nationally. As part of the team, the Regional Environmental Manager will be responsible for providing oversight and improvement for all environmental functions.

As part of the team, the Regional Environmental Manager will be responsible for providing oversight and improvement for all environmental functions.
The Role:
- Create, develop, and manage the company's environmental programs, policies, and procedures
- Develop environmental policies and programs around air, stormwater, groundwater, solid, and/or hazardous waste
- Promote continuous improvement efforts in the Environmental function, integrating tactical and strategic Environmental planning
- Analyze Environmental data, conduct audits, and implement findings regionally
The Candidate:
- Bachelor's Degree in EHS/Science/Engineering or a related technical field preferred
- Knowledge of California state, local, and federal environmental programs and regulations
- Knowledge of environmental regulations and sampling for testing air, water, soil, hazardous waste, and material
- Minimum 3-5+ years' experience in relevant Environmental positions
- Experience within a heavy industrial or manufacturing environment
