Job Description
COCA Partners, LLC, has been engaged by a progressive, growing environmental consulting firm to find key mid and senior level environmental professionals to support expansion of clients/markets, services, and geography. With offices based in the Northeast and Midwest, this firm provides site investigation, remediation, indoor air quality, and other environmental services to clients in a variety of industries, primarily in commercial markets.
Upfront, this is a seller/doer role for an environmental professional with proven experience developing business, overseeing technical work, and ensuring project financial and technical performance. However, unlike other firms expecting $MM "walking in the door," our client is open to varied program size, supports innovative business strategies and technical approaches, and is amenable to offering new (related) services and working in new markets. With our client, people in this role operate with greater freedom and flexibility without micromanagement. This is an established consulting firm at just the right size to offer this degree of flexibility plus the resources to support employee and business growth. And this company strives to maintain a diverse, equitable, inclusive and veteran-friendly work environment.
While incentive bonus plans at other firms tend to be mysterious and foggy, our client offers a clear, straightforward incentive bonus structure along with competitive base compensation.
Primary minimum qualifications:
If you're frustrated with your current employment situation, are simply looking for the next better opportunity, or have been an independent environmental consultant for a while but need some infrastructure to support growth, take a few minutes to submit your resume along with any questions. There's a reason you read this post, and it just might be worth your time.
Please note that our client has hired us to find candidates for this role. There will be no fee to you for applying.
Our client is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to diversity and inclusivity at all levels of the organization. Applicants are considered without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, citizenship, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected under applicable law.
