Senior Environmental Project Manager - Roseville, CA or Concord, CA

Find your career with the family at Trihydro Corporation!We are seeking a Senior Environmental Project Manager that can fill a classic seller-doer position. You will not go at this alone. You will have a team of talented environmental professionals to support you every step of the way! We would prefer to fill this position in either our Roseville, CA JJ&A/Trihydro office, or in our Concord, CA office.You will get to manage environmental remediation projects and work with clients in the industrial, commercial, or energy sector. The "seller" portion of your role includes development and maintenance of client relationships, new business development, and attentiveness to opportunities to diversify service offerings and gain market share. As a "doer," you will lead and direct typical life-cycle phases of remediation projects and programs (i.e., soil and groundwater assessment programs, risk assessment, remedy development and regulatory negotiation, design and installation of remediation systems, managing contractors, remediation system operation and maintenance, and technical report preparation).We truly need someone that has the following:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Geology, or Environmental-related Sciences, with over 10 years of relevant experience

Understanding of, and experience working in, Behavior Based Safety programs and leading work in that framework
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, project stakeholders, coworkers, subcontractors, and other project team members
Demonstrated ability to fulfill commitments on budget/schedule and to do what it takes to meet client service expectations and requirements
A track record and passion for mentoring and leading staff, in supervisory and Project Director roles
Experience performing in highly collaborative teamwork settings to solve time-sensitive problems
Exceptional technical problem-solving skills, including attention to detail, accuracy, and completeness, as well as a commitment to producing high-quality deliverables
Direct industry employment history in environmental compliance or related field
Initiative and motivation, with an emphasis on client service and cultivating long standing relationships
Ability to travel to client project locations and other Trihydro offices, and a clean driving record
