WILL Technology, Inc. (WTI) has an immediate need for a skilled, full- time Biologist -DNA Program Specialist to join our growing team in Huntsville, AL. Candidates in the Birmingham, AL, Nashville, TN and Atlanta, GA a reas are strongly encouraged to apply. Relocation may be available.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this role, the Biologist -DNA Program Specialist is responsible for performing tasks that ensure compliance with FBI, national, and international quality assurance and quality control guidelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this role, the Biologist -DNA Program Specialist is responsible for performing tasks that ensure compliance with FBI, national, and international quality assurance and quality control guidelines.
Some of the responsibilities for this position include:
- Compile, maintain, and records a variety of quality assurance and quality control data.
- Provide written response to observations determined during an internal and or external quality assurance audit process.
- Maintain liaison with quality assurance personnel and external Respondents and contractors.
MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related field of Biological Science.
- Minimum of 1 years experience performing laboratory work in biological science.
- Minimum of 1 years forensic DNA laboratory experience.
- Strong Knowledge of related sciences such as biochemistry, chemistry, physics, molecular biology, genetics, and mathematics.
- Basic knowledge of quality control measures to effectively evaluate scientific data resulting from DNA analysis.
- Knowledge of the uses of computers and the ability to manipulate data for basic statistic evaluation and display
