This exciting biotech start-up focuses on plant compounds that can have a positive impact on health. They are looking for a Computational Biologist to join their computational team.
THE ROLE
In this role you can expect to:
Design, develop and implement algorithms across a range of application objectives
Cross collab with chemistry and medical teams
Design, build and operate data pipelines to perform scientific analyses
Identify areas of improvement for programs, analysis pipeline, and data product design
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
PhD in Computational Biologist. Computational Chemistry, Bioinformatics
Proficient in Python or R
Demonstrated experience applying machine learning to biological datasets
Demonstrated experience building pipelines from the ground up
Experience working with multi-omics or microbiome data
Experience analyzing mass spec/metabolomics datasets
