THE COMPANY:
The company is an AI-driven biotech company that has developed the world's largest digital platform that illuminates the interaction between plant bio-active and human biology.
THE ROLE:
Your mission will be to build pipelines and collaborate with peers to design and create data sets for critical projects and provide fundamental analysis for the business. Additionally, you will be a crucial player in making recommendations and generating data presentations and visualization for the team. Your work will be a vital contribution to the company's novel platform and lead to making novel discoveries faster.
Specifically, you can expect to be involved in the following:
Contributing to the computational investigation that results in novel product discovery
Design, develop and execute pipelines
Collaborate cross-functionally with a variety of stakeholders and teams
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Ph.D. in Computational Biology, Computational Chemistry, Bioinformatics, or related disciplines
Experienced Python or R programmer
Experienced in developing pipelines from scratch
Experience working with multi-omics/ microbiome data
Prior work analyzing mass spectrometry/metabolomics data sets
Experience working within cloud environments
Passionate and comfortable with implementing machine learning and AI systems
Strong cross-functional team communicator
