JOB QUALIFICATIONS
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (include but not limited to):
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with Environmental leadership (air, water, and waste treatment) in a Manufacturing/Industrial site
- Estimated 50% fieldwork
- ability to travel in the region
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (include but not limited to):
- implementation of company policies related to the environment (air, stormwater, groundwater, hazardous or solid waste)
- "hands-on" approach to sampling, monitoring, observing, reporting, and recording data
- knowledgable of federal, state, and locals law and permits and capable of preparing permits
- ability to investigate, plan, design, install, and operation of pollution control equipment
- ability to communicate and train others
- the first defense for incidents, spills, releases, and accidents
- Maintains emergency response plans and operation and maintenance plans
- Manages environmental proposals, vendor contracts, cost estimates, and budgets.
