SUMMARY

A thoughtful compensation program is a key part of attracting, retaining, and engaging our team members. We are looking for someone who can help scale our compensation processes and philosophy. In this role, you will work closely with the People Partner team, SVP of People, and other key stakeholders to run our compensation programs-from merit increases to benchmarking to our support of our equity plan. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Participate in compensation and best practice benchmarking surveys for team members, management and executives; provide reports on compensation market trends through research and analysis of formal and informal salary surveys, and other third-party vendors/research methods ensuring competitive positioning and internal equity
  • Administer the internal stock option program
  • Project manage compensation programs, including annual salary/merit review, equity planning, and bonus and commission programs; and other process improvement workflows
  • In collaboration with People team members, support the administration of the annual compensation planning process including analyzing and modeling/costing scenarios, developing processes, tools, guidelines communications, etc.
  • Leverage your capabilities with modeling, analytics, and reporting to provide insights and thoughtful partnership to stakeholders; Support the recruiting team with all new hire compensation offers, including market trend analysis and offer negotiations
  • Ensure our compensation approach is market-competitive, scalable, and internally aligned by continuous review of our salary structure, leveling systems and other comp related initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic, self-motivated, hands-on, results-oriented and a team player.

Key qualifications as follows:
  • 1-2 years of experience in Excel model building with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, including statistical analysis and modeling along with experience evaluating online salary management tools
  • Ability to cultivate strong cross-functional relationships and effectively communicate to stakeholders
  • Experience working with large sets of data and familiarity with best practices for data cleanliness/integrity. Professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive data.
  • Knowledge of payroll, benefits, performance management and/or recognition system functionality in HRIS systems such as ADP preferred
  • A true passion for tools, automation, efficiency, documentation and getting the most out of every action
  • Strong work ethic and team-first attitude: humility and humor make for a high-impact contributor
