Job Description
Customer Service Tech Support is responsible for providing direct and indirect customer technical support for products.
We are looking for someone with a background and education in Biochemistry, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Analytical Chemistry or related field. BS Degree is required. Two + years experience as a scientist, technical support, or research associate in molecular biology techniques such as PCR, SNP detection, etc.
This is a direct hire opportunity. The company manufacture medical devices and is looking for someone who wants a career in customer tech support!
$62K to $75K + 10% salary bonuses annually
Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8am to 4:30-5pm / Hybrid model (2-3 days onsite and 2-3 days remote) - must be flexible!
