Daily routine includes duties such as:
- Cleaning & maintaining fresh and saltwater aquariums in customers' homes and businesses
- Monitoring the health of fish
- Cleaning & maintaining all filtration equipment
- Testing and maintaining proper water parameters
- Assistance with the installation of aquariums
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Biological Science, Environmental Science or related field, or several years' experience maintaining personal aquariums
- Experience with keeping tropical freshwater, marine fish, and invertebrates.
- Applicant must possess a thorough knowledge of disease recognition, daily aquarium husbandry, food preparation, nutrition, and water quality necessary for tropical specimens.
- The ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds is necessary.
- This is a full-time hourly position which may include subject to call weekends.
