QC Laboratory Associate (Microbiology)

The Scientific Team at Russell Tobin & Associates is hiring for an QC Lab Associate (Microbiology) for a client in Foxborough, MA.

This biopharmaceutical organization is constantly involved in groundbreaking science to target genetically defined diseases, and you could be a part of that! The QC Lab Associate supports a new GMP manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

• Perform environmental monitoring (EM) and critical utility (CU) sampling and testing
• Perform QC testing (i.e. viable air, total particulate, TOC, conductivity, bioburden, endotoxin)
• Perform microbial counting and identification using MALDI-TOF
• Perform trend analysis
• Author and review technical documentation (e.g. SOPs, protocols, reports)
• Assist in deviation investigation, corrective action implementation, method improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree
• 2-4 years of expeirence in GMP laboratory
• QC testing - specifically microbiology background within QC
• Experience performing environmental monitoring
• USP compendia
• Experience with raw material sampling and analytical testing

Additional Details:

• 6-month contract to potential hire
• W2 position
• Must be eligible to work in the United States. Unable to provide visa sponsorship now or in the future
