Title: Adjunct Faculty - Biology FV
Employee Classification: P/T Faculty Monthly Pay
Department Biological Science
Position Summary:
Teach Microbiology, Biology for non-majors, and/or Anatomy and Physiology classes.
Instructor(s) will be responsible for the delivery of assigned instruction for all classes and labs, assignment and evaluation of grades for students and student attendance records according to college policy.
Submission of following details provided within established timelines.
Instructors will be required to meet all scheduled classes; use technology such as Canvas, PowerPoint, etc. as appropriate.
Instructors will be requested to conduct all activities with an appreciation and respect for the diversity of people, styles, and views.
Primary Duties Performed:
Teach Microbiology, Biology for non-majors, and/or Anatomy and Physiology classes.
Instructor(s) will be responsible for the delivery of assigned instruction for all classes and labs, assignment and evaluation of grades for students and student attendance records according to college policy.

Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in Biology or Biological Sciences or a master's degree with at least eighteen (18) approved graduate semester hours in the subject field or related fields.
Preferred Qualifications:
Teaching experience at the community college level in biology preferred.

Commensurate with experience
