Overview:

This position helps manage ICAST's Healthy Homes Program and to help grow its current business operations in the continental U.S. This position is ideally located in Connecticut but can be in any major city in the USA. Duties will include but not be limited to, managing relationships with state officials, utility companies, and other stakeholders involved in developing and managing Healthy Homes programs, plus helping ICAST staff with other duties and projects as directed.

The candidate applying for this position will be up to date on technology and other innovations as they pertain to the HUD Healthy Homes program. Additionally, members of the Program Management Team provide appropriate advice to ICAST staff and our clients in the interest of developing optimal solutions and process improvements.

Your typical day might include these activities:
  • Managing relationships with affordable housing customers and other stakeholders
  • Developing relationships to support the Program goals
  • Developing process improvement documentation and training for your Program
  • Creating, managing, and tracking plans for assigned projects
  • Providing accurate and timely reports of Program Status and Program Metrics throughout its life cycle to funder and ICAST management
  • Performing program risk analysis

Location: Remote in the USA, preference for Connecticut

Reports to: PMO

Skill Level: Intermediate

Areas of Expertise: Healthy Homes, Weatherization, Program Management

Requirements

Must Have Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years' experience with HUD Healthy Homes projects as Program Manager or Coordinator

Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience with Weatherization programs
  • Knowledge of Healthy Homes compliance requirements
  • Fundamental understanding of utility energy efficiency programs
  • Demonstrable understanding of Program Management
  • Possess a degree / PMP certification
  • Proficient with M365 suite of products including Microsoft Access
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Smartsheet PMS
  • Connecticut Home Inspectors License
