In this role, you will become a foundational member of the team with the opportunity to play a pivotal role in advancing programs into clinical development and creating a pipeline of innovative therapies spanning multiple therapeutic areas.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design, establish, and optimize xenograft and syngeneic murine tumor models
- Prepare tumor cell inoculum and maintain a detailed procedure for cell passage characteristics
- Analyze and interpret in vivo PK, pharmacodynamic, and efficacy data
- Responsible for data review, analysis, and interpretation from a variety of sources to enable program go/no-go decisions
- Perform ex vivo analyses including ELISA/MSD and multiparametric flow cytometry
- Perform in vitro analyses as needed
- Bachelor's degree minimum, advanced degree preferred
- 3+ years' full-time lab experience, ideally within industry
- Direct in vivo experience, preferably with tumor model experience
- Proficient with routes of injection (i.p., i.v., etc), as well as blood and tissue collection techniques
