EXO Therapeutics
Director, Translational Biology
About the company
Exo Therapeutics (https://exo-therapeutics.com/) is a small molecule drug discovery and development company with a pioneering technology to address intractable pharmaceutical targets. By leveraging the company's ExoSightTM platform, Exo is developing a deep pipeline of potent drug candidates that bind exosites, distal and unique binding pockets that have the potential to reprogram enzyme activity for precise and robust therapeutic effect. Through this specific and selective approach to challenging targets, the company's team of world-class researchers is unlocking breakthrough therapeutics in oncology, inflammation and a broad range of other diseases.
Position Overview
Exo Therapeutics seeks a strong leader to oversee our translational biology efforts and provide strategic and technical expertise for Exo's research portfolio. You will be an integral part of the biology leadership team, working cross functionally to drive cutting-edge research for disease indications and biomarker studies - with an initial focus in immunology and/or oncology. You will be responsible for making decisions, but also be comfortable rolling up your sleeves and contributing hands-on with the team. You will have the opportunity to drive the design and execution of experiments with key collaborators and outside contract organizations and have highly visible opportunities to interface with all levels of our organization to deliver scientific excellence, as we expand the boundaries of research for patients.
