Position Description
As a Project Manager-Environmental, you will direct teams providing critical support to domestic and international clients whether the project is in the planning, development, siting, design, construction, or operational phase. Environmental project managers deliver solutions to meet each client's needs. Responsibilities will include:
Develop and implement strategic project execution approaches.
Manage quality delivery of complex multidisciplinary environmental consulting projects.
Drive client relationships, project prospects, and business growth.
Identify and characterize key differentiators regarding solutions offered.
Lead proposals and cost estimates.
Mentor environmental team members and influence career development.
Position Requirements
Bachelor's degree in environmental studies, environmental engineering, or sciences preferred. Other degrees, specialized training, or experience that uniquely qualifies the individual to perform the job responsibilities may also be considered.
Proven success providing strategic environmental consulting and project management to clients.
5+ years of environmental experience.
10+ years of solutions-oriented environmental consulting related to infrastructure or industrial projects.
Demonstrated experience managing the development of major environmental impact assessment and review documents in compliance with NEPA or comparable state or international requirements.
Positive, collaborative, team-first, get-the-job-done commitment.
Highly developed critical thinking skills with proven problem-solving capabilities.
