The Oregon Tech department of Medical Imaging Technology seeks a qualified candidate for a full-time, tenure track position as Assistant Professor in the Radiologic Science program on the Klamath Falls campus. The position involves teaching college-level courses in Radiography. The department is looking for a highly motivated, self-starting professional to teach one-on-one and group settings. Tenure track faculty are expected to collaborate with others, pursue professional development, participate in applied research or scholarly opportunities, facilitate academic advising, support programmatic assessment, course scheduling/planning, engage in the community with projects that provide value in the real world, and partake in departmental and university service.
The Medical Imaging Department represents five professional imaging programs, offering a bachelor's degree, degree completion, PACS certification, and a master's of science in allied health. The department boasts exceptional graduate success and employability. Facilities at the Oregon Tech main campus in Klamath Falls, OR provide state-of-the-art imaging equipment, labs, simulators, and the latest technology to prepare learners to be leaders in the field. The medical imaging faculty are an amazing team and part of a tradition of excellence at Oregon Tech.
