Position Summary

Affini-T Therapeutics is an emerging biotechnology company focused on building a "best-in-class" TCR therapy platform. Our innovative method of discovering high affinity TCRs specific to oncogenic mutations enables development of solid tumor therapies. Through the application of gene editing and synthetic biology, we will focus on enhancing T-cell fitness to overcome the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment.

Affini-T Therapeutics is announcing a Scientist, Synthetic Biology, opportunity at their Boston, MA Headquarters.
  • We are looking for an experienced and motivated molecular biologist who will play an important role in developing our TCR-T cell therapy platforms as well as applying innovative research biology approaches to develop our next-gen cell therapy products. The individual should be able to independently plan and execute research to discover and test TCRs specific for oncogenic driver mutations. The candidate is expected to collaborate across the entire cell therapy discovery spectrum, contributing to target identification and validation, as well as TCR engineering to improve the fitness of T cells or modulate the immunosuppressive signals from the tumor microenvironment. Requirements also include preparation of study reports, assay development, and regulatory documents. Previous experience in Immuno-Oncology and understanding of cell therapy field is preferred. The successful candidate will be a great team player, hard worker, and have outstanding communication skills
