About the opportunity:

In this scientific, sales-related position, you will work with PHCNA's entire sales network of our live cell imaging and cell growth products. You will use your molecular biology expertise to assist with the development and launch of new cell-based products, and provide sales and application support to our customers and dealers as the face of the institution. You will be working with a dedicated and highly collaborative team.
What you will be doing:
Assist with the development and launch of new cell-based products, providing sales and application support.
Liaise with our Product Development in Japan and assist with developing technically related solutions to improve overall product satisfaction.
Report on metrics and align all to define opportunities for sales and market share growth
Communicate with Internal and External Sales Managers, Reps and Technicians for all application and product related questions.
Inter-departmental communications for troubleshooting key technical and applications-based issues from customers (e.g. overcoming cell culture obstacles, product troubleshooting, scientific/technical advice)
Attend sales trade shows and conduct product demonstrations for customers and prospects.
What you need for success:
Master's degree in Life Science (Cell or Molecular Biology).
Previous sales experience in the life science field preferred
Previous experience working in a lab is helpful
Must be highly organized with strong analytical and presentation skills
Must be able to multi-task, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Must have the ability to travel up to 25% in the US and Canada - to trade shows and customers
