Job Summary: ECT has an ongoing need for field biologists at a variety of experience and skill levels. Successful candidates will have 1 to 15 years of experience performing wetland delineations, wildlife studies and exposure to Federal 404 and state level wetland permitting. Position and salary commensurate with experience and expertise.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist in wetland delineations and impact assessments
- Assist and/or lead listed T&E surveys
- Assist in state and federal wetland permitting
- Operate a GPS unit, collect and organize field data
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in environmental or ecology-related field with 1 - 15 years of experience
- Familiarity with hydric soil indicators, flora and fauna, and hydrologic indicators
- Familiarity with state and federal permitting
- Experience collecting GPS data, developing land use maps, habitat descriptions, conducting mitigation monitoring, conducting tree surveys
Job Essentials:
- Good verbal and technical writing skills
- Strong team player
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time throughout the region with occasional weeks spent in the field
- Ability to work long days in hot and humid working conditions
- Experience in off-road vehicle operation
- Attentive to health and safety procedures and protocols
