In this role, you will design, set-up, troubleshoot, execute, and analyze data from an iPSC neuronal co-culture-based screening platform.
What You'll Do
· Maintain and differentiate iPSC to neural cell types (neurons, astrocytes, oligodendrocytes, etc.)
· Develop in vitro assays with endpoints involving high content imaging, biochemical measurements, etc.
· Use lab automation to facitate cell culture and/or assay execution
· Work collaboratively with stem cell biologists, automation engineers, and disease area experts
Who You Are
You are a hands-on, wet bench stem cell biologist who is passionate about developing the next generation of in vitro assays. You love challenging yourself and working at the cutting-edge of science.
