Job Description
The Penn State College of Medicine, Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, in Hershey PA is seeking applications from outstanding scientists for a full-time tenure-track position. We seek candidates at the Assistant Professor level who have an active, highly competitive independent research program or who show a strong potential to develop such a program, particularly in the area of DNA replication and repair in the context of cancer onset and progression. Job Requirements
Qualifications include a Ph.D. or equivalent degree in the area of biochemistry and molecular biology, especially with respect to cellular biology of DNA repair, biochemistry of DNA replication, functional genomics and mouse models of carcinogenesis.
