Learn the organization's policies, processes, products and/or services and perform duties and responsibilities based on the incumbents functional work assignment. Acquire industry knowledge. Apply educational knowledge, skills and abilities to complete work assignments. Receives close supervision and usually works with regular checks on progress and verification of completeness and accuracy of work. Demonstrate strong commitment to safety, quality, environmental awareness, and continuous process improvement. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Basic Qualifications: The successful candidate may either be a recent Graduate, currently attending college in their Junior or Senior year, or pursuing their Masters or Advanced degree. Course of study may be in accounting, finance, human resources, information technology, engineering, forestry, general business, or acceptable equivalent. Must have a cumulative GPA of 3.3 or better. Working knowledge of process analysis tools and techniques, computer assisted audit techniques, and data analysis. Interviewing, documentation, and presentation skills. PC skills are essential - Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint.
