Responsibilities of the Scientist, NK Cell Biology:
  • Develop and optimize assays pertaining to NK cells studies.
  • Work with human and non-human animal cells to quantify responses.
  • Utilize immunoassays and cytokine regulation assays.
  • Analyze and interpret preclinical data from CROs.
  • Perform target validation to implement other experimental designs.
  • Actively research the latest literature on NK cell Biology and serve as expert subject matter to gene editing and immunology teams.
  • Mentor and manage more junior associates as the team grows.


Requirements of the Scientist, NK Cell Biology:
  • Ph.D life science related discipline with 3+ years' experience in drug development environment
  • Must have experience with NK cell assays
  • Hands on experience with immunoassays such as flow cytometry and ELISA
  • Ability to develop novel assays pertaining to specific targets
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for both internal and external parties.
  • Ability to work cross functionally with other departments.
