Full-time middle school General Science/Living Environment teacher (leave replacement position) for motivated students on the upper west side. We are a notable NYC DOE public school. You would be teaching compacted middle school science units and the Regents Living Environment course to 7th and 8th graders. Our teaching day is from 8:20-2:40, Monday through Friday with DOE-mandated extended days on Mondays for professional development and Tuesdays for family communication until 4 pm.

Candidates must have Science 7-12 teaching certification, preferably NYS teaching license.
