The ideal candidate will be skilled in all stages of experimental design with quantitative mechanistic and phenotypic immunology assays for small molecule inhibitors!
- Execute and analyze quantitative mechanistic and immunology assays for small molecule inhibitor evaluation
- Investigate target-dependence in primary immune cells (T cell activation and differentiation)
- Design and execute in vivo assessments of inhibitor impact on disease models we are researching
- Present data and findings to the team
- B.S/MS in Immunology, Molecular Biology, Biology or similar with 1-3+ years of relevant industry experience depending on degree
- Strong technical expertise with in vitro and in vivo immunobiology models and multi-parameter FACS analysis
- Experience with human T cell and PBMC assays
- Solid knowledge of autoimmune and inflammatory immunobiology
