Description:
As a Sales Manager,you will be responsible for safety, stability and selling new business and new applications with in the territory. This is a sales focused position which will involve development and implementation of sales plans on new opportunities with the direction of the Area Manager including documenting ROI after the closure of the program. In this role you will also be responsible for establishing, maintaining and prioritizing an accurate and current sales funnel in SFDC.Other role Responsibilities Include:Work with and lead local site team to maintain existing business, improve profit margin and grow account baseDevelop and implement Continuous Improvement projects to completion. Work with local support team to drive value for the customer and document ROI.Review treatment programs and processes with accounts ensuring effective applications through routine testing and monitoring resulting in customer satisfaction and business retentionMaintain and build business/customer relationships.Conduct the necessary site and LMS/class room training programs to understand the overall operations of the territory plants and new customer sites.Review territory applications and processes/procedures for safety improvements.Expected overnight travel
Qualifications:
Technical degree sciences/engineering with 7+ years technical sales experience in the paper industry; will consider experience in lieu of a degree.At Solenis, we understand that our greatest asset is our people.
