Job Description

In this position, you will be responsible for performing daily Materials Management activities in
a cGMP environment. Have a high level of detail, good documentation practices and the ability to
follow procedures as written. These areas may include but are not limited to receipt and shipping
of product samples, finished goods and raw materials.

Perform receiving activities for all supplies and equipment for the site, including materials
receipt, stocking, properly label, and storage of materials in accordance within a cGMP

Distribute received materials to internal customers per purchase order or end user requests.

Prepare and execute outbound shipments of samples, lab equipment and general supplies.

Must be proficient in the use of the inventory management system (ERP) and execute real time
transactions such as material transfers, material receipts, and order shipping confirmations.

Provide support to the Materials Management team relating to cGMP Warehouse Operations.


Typically requires 2 years of work experience.

H.S. Diploma

Ability to operate Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Foundational understanding of basic supply chain concepts

Possesses very strong organization skills

Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy and timeliness

Ability to lift 50lbs

Good written and verbal communication skills to exchange relevant information
