WS Cleanup Processing

Both full-time (5pm-roughly 1:30am) and part-time (5pm-roughly 10pm) positions available.

Processing Sanitation: The primary responsibility of the grader clean-up laborer is the orderly, smooth, and efficient cleaning and sanitizing all grader and production areas according to Rose Acre and USDA standards. The grader clean-up crew may be asked to clean other areas at the discretion of the complex manager.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: (non-exclusive list)

• Clean the Grader Machine and related components.
• Clean the Egg Candling Area.
• Clean the scales, re-wash belt, floors, pans and buckets, etc.
• Perform any other duties as directed by the supervisor.

OTHER CONDITIONS & MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be able to work evening or 2nd shift hours.
• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions regarding instructions in the daily procedures of the egg grader.
• Must be in good physical health, as working conditions require constant movement, bending, turning, walking, and standing for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Capable of working weekend shifts and maintaining a flexible schedule to help the other departments when needed. Capable of working late (if needed) past the scheduled leave time to complete the job.
• Possess excellent teamwork skills.
• Willing to comply with all Rose Acre's safety, employment, and GMP policies.
• Ability to comply with the strictest standards for animal welfare and to report incidents of abuse, neglect, or breach of bio-security in order to preserve the health and welfare of our birds.

Saneamiento de Procesamiento: La responsabilidad ms importante del limpiador de la empacadora es la limpieza y el saneamiento organizado, eficaz, y fcil de todas las reas de empaque y de procesamiento segn los estndares de Rose Acre y de la USDA. El equipo de saneamiento puede tener que limpiar otros reas segn la discrecin del gerente del complejo.

FUNCIONES ESECIALES DEL TRABAJO: (lista no exhaustiva)

• Limpiar la Mquina del Grader y el equipo asociado con ella.
• Limpiar el rea del Candling
• Limpiar las escalas, el cinturn de re-lavado, todas las charolas, cubetas, y todos los pisos
• Realizar cualquier otra tarea que le encomiende el supervisor

OTRAS CONDICIONES Y CALIFICACIONES MNIMAS

• Debe estar en buena salud fsica, ya que las condiciones de trabajo requieren que el empleado se mueva, se doble, se gire, camine y este de pie por largos perodos de tiempo constantemente.
• Debe ser capaz de levantar un mnimo de 50 libras.
• Debe ser capaz de trabajar hasta tarde y de trabajar turnos los fines de semana y los das festivos cuando sea necesario.
• Dispuesto a cumplir con todas las polticas de seguridad, Buenas Prcticas de Manufactura, y las polticas de empleo de Rose Acres incluyendo ser capaz de trabajar en una empresa que no permite fumar en el lugar de trabajo.
• Capaz de cumplir con estrictos estndares de bienestar animal y de reportar incidentes de abuso, negligencia o incumplimiento de bioseguridad con el fin de preservar la salud y el bienestar de nuestras aves.
